Online registration instructions

We’re happy to offer online registration and payment through Paypal. You will fill out the same information that is on the registration form, but you will submit the information online along with your online payment.

In this process, you will fill out two separate forms, PAGE 1 contains Parent information, PAGE 2 contains information about the children you are registering. After each form is filled out, please click on the “submit” button and it will take you to the next form.

If you would rather not pay online, don’t complete the payment process at the end, instead, please send a check made out to “Harvest Community Church” with the names of the children in the memo line, along with your signed Consent & Medical Release Form (download here). While your registration will not be considered complete until you have submitted the Release Form and have made payment for the children attending VBS, we will reserve space for the children you register. You must submit a signed Release From whether you are paying online or by mail.  You may mail your payment & form to:

Due to limited staff resources, VBS will only accept children born on or before 12/31/05. Registration will be taken on a first-come basis. Whether you register by mail or online, you will receive a confirmation letter 2 weeks before VBS starts.
